I can't share my digital business card through email

If you are experiencing problems sharing your digital business card through the email option, this may mean you do not have a default email account setup on your mobile device. To set up your default email account, follow the instructions below.
 
How to set a default email account on your iPhone and iPad
  1. Launch Settings from your Home screen
  2. Tap Mail
  3. Scroll down until you see MESSAGE LIST
  4. Turn on Show To/Cc Labels
  5. Go back to the Settings screen
  6. Tap Passwords & Accounts
  7. To add an email account, tap Add Account then select the email carrier of your choice
  8. Now, under ACCOUNTS, select the account you would like to use as your default mail account

How to set a default email account on your Android
  1. Touch Apps.
  2. Touch Emails.
  3. Touch the Menu icon.
  4. Touch Settings.
  5. Touch the Menu icon.
  6. Touch Set default account.
  7. Touch the desired account.
  8. Touch Done.
  9. The default account has been set.
