I can't save my changes. I get a popup message saying: "The ProfileCode field may only be letters and numbers". It happens on my cellphone (iPhone 7+) and on my MacBook Pro.

UPDATE SWITCHIT APP TO OS 2.2.4

If you are experiencing problems with the hyperlink of your digital card not being active in the SMS message when you share your card with others, it is due to a bug in Apple iOS. We have reached out to Apple regarding this issue but have not received a reply as to when the bug will be fixed. In the interim, we have provided a working solution to mitigate the problem until Apple addresses the bug.

    Can I create multiple cards?

    Team Switchit · 0 · Posted

You sure can. Simply add another card, choose a different theme and details. When it’s time to share it - just choose the one you need to share and use it. Also, you can manage your cards separately.

Why is the app not sending my contact information?

    Team Switchit · 0 · Posted

When signing up for Switchit and creating your first digital card, the phone number entered must be the phone the app is stored. The phone number associated with your account is how the system identifies you. To ensure you have the most up-to-date version of the app, go to Settings and tap "Updates". The system update was uploaded to the Apple App Store 12/20/2016. If the problem persists, contact us at support@switchitapp.com. We are dedicated to offering you amazing support and we're happy to help.
