Country selection

I am living in Canada. When want to send out my info and type in the phone#, WHY do I have to always change the prefix from US to CA?

And an other issue is in the Address section of a card. the Zipcode in Canada is letters and numbers, but it lets me only use numbers.?

Thank you for your feedback. In the next system update, we enable characters to be used in zip codes along with making the country code, by default, the country code associated with your account's phone number. We understand your inconvenience and we are working hard to updating the system.
